I had a bad day yesterday.

I went to Walter Mart Tanauan. Nag canvas ako ng Samsung Galaxy III for my sister while waiting for my parents. I ask the staff of Abenson Walter Mart Tanauan to process it, I told them if I can get the receipt because my Dad is in the car (he’s from a therapy session).

 

Scenario 1

Setting: Abenson Walter Mart Tanauan

 

Staff: Ay, mam hindi po pwede ilabas ang receipt.

Me: Nandito yung Credit card at ID ng Daddy ko. Ipapa-sign ko lang sa kanya tapos babalik din ako.

Staff: Ay mam, hindi po talaga pwede.

Me: Hirap maglakad ang Daddy ko, at galing lang siya ng Therapy, okay? Where’s your manager?

Staff went to the manager.

Me followed the staff.

Me to Manager: Miss, pwede ba ilabas yung receipt? My Dad is having a hard time to walk. Ipapa-sign ko na lang sa kanya.

Staff: Naka-wheelchair po ba si Tatang?

Me *almost reached my boiling point*: Hindi, bakit? Kailangan ba nakawheelchair? Gumawa kayo nang paraan. Magkaka-sales kayo di kayo marunong dumiskarte sa customer relations o customer service.

 

*sigh*

Ano ba yan, gusto niyo ng clue? E di, Samahan niyo ko.

Ending? Sinamahan ako ng Manager and Staff sa auto.

 

Scenario 2:

Setting: Jollibee Walter Mart Tanauan

 

My son wants to eat palabok and fries, so pumunta kami ng Jollibee (yikes). Pagkatapos kong umorder I asked their manager for extra ketchup (My son and I loves ketchup.)

Me: Hi! Can I have 3 or 5 ketchups?

Jollibee Manager: Ilan po ba inorder niyong fries?

Me: *hindi pa nakakarecover sa Abenson* Isang large fries, Bakit?

Jollibee Manager: Para malaman ko kung ilan ang ibibigay kong ketchup.

Me: Bakit, nagtitipid ba kayo ng ketchup? Cost cutting? Nevermind! Inyo na yang ketchup niyo.

 

Ending? We realized walang utensils, tissue kasama mga inorder ko. Mukhang nagtitipid nga Jollibee don. At ang manager, dapat marunong sa Customer Service!

 

Why am I making a fuss about ketchup? Naaah. Hindi ketchup, kung hindi Customer Service.
